On December 13, 2013, SGS company implement EICC electronic industry code of conduct to me management system conducted a comprehensive review of the system.

EICC, founded in 2004, aims to promote electronic, information and communication technology (ICT) industry to form a common code of conduct. Nowadays, the global member has amounted to more than 40 companies and their suppliers.

EICC code of conduct to set up some necessary standards, to ensure that: the electronics industry supply chain working environment safety, respect for employees and pay attention to environmental protection with dignity and production process.

EICC criterion for supply chain vendors provide clear measurable benefits, including productivity and quality improvement, employee turnover, inductrial injury, and prevalence rates. In addition, the company in bidding for the contract or to adapt to new business locally grow, can show their social responsibility. The code of conduct has been widely adopted, become social responsibility in the electronics and ICT industry standards.

EICC code of conduct covers five areas and 38 key principles:

Labor: free choice of employment, avoid the use of child Labour, working hours, salary and welfare, humanized treatment, without discrimination, freedom of association, the health and safety, occupational safety, emergency preparedness, inductrial injury and illness, industrial hygiene, physically demanding work, machine maintenance, dormitory, and restaurants.

Environment: environmental permit and report, to prevent pollution and reduce resource use and harmful substances, wastewater and solid waste, emissions, product content restrictions, management system.

Company promises: the obligations and responsibilities of management, legal and customer requirements, risk assessment and risk management, implementation plan and evaluation measures of performance goals, training, communication, employee feedback and participation, review and evaluation, corrective actions, documents and records

Moral: enterprise good faith, all without exception when gain, information disclosure, intellectual property, fair business, advertising and competition, confidential, and community participation.
